Your experience can be customized to align with your academic calendar, service focus, learning objectives, cohort size, and institutional goals. You are not limited to existing dates. Absolutely! We invite students to create HELP2SERVE Global | HELP2SERVE.CARE Campus Chapters. We provide step-by-step support including a Campus Chapter Playbook, leadership training, branding materials, interest meeting templates, and ongoing mentorship. HELP2SERVE.CARE programs begin with a structured 2-week service-learning immersion supported through HELP2SERVE.CARE. Following service, participants most often continue into Beyond the Project β€” a 1-week phase of guided cultural exploration and experiential adventure designed to deepen reflection, cultural context, and understanding. Total: 3 weeks all-inclusive.

For 2026–2027 programs: $3,800–$4,800 all-inclusive (Phase One 14-day service immersion + Phase Two 7-day cultural exploration), excluding airfare, visa, and travel insurance. This covers all accommodation, meals, transportation, service project materials, mentorship, safety systems, pre-departure orientation, academic documentation, and ongoing support. $500 deposit, fully refundable up to 45 days before departure. Your exact total is provided in your official acceptance email. No hidden fees.

Phase One (14-day service immersion) + Phase Two (optional 7-day cultural exploration) currently available: Summer 2026 (July), Winter 2026/27 (Dec–Jan), Summer 2027 (July), Winter 2027/28 (Dec–Jan). Early Planning Applications open for 2028 and 2029. HELP2SERVE.CARE publishes program dates approximately 1 year in advance. For programs more than 1 year out, Early Planning Applications allow you to request priority placement, with a refundable deposit until 45 days before departure.

By delivering structured, immersive, safe, and well-supported service-learning experiences rooted in one of the world’s most respected student volunteer legacies β€” we transform perspective, purpose, and community support systems.

Yes β€” and academic credit support is available for both the Integrated Immersion and the Single-Track Specialized pathway. Nearly 2,000 students from 350+ universities have earned academic credit through HELP2SERVE.CARE programs. You arrange independent study credit with your academic advisor; HELP2SERVE.CARE provides course syllabi, on-site evaluations by your project leader, and full documentation of service hours, focus-area hours, and reflection work. The standard course syllabus option has a $100 fee; a custom evaluation costs $50. Begin the conversation with your advisor early β€” our leadership is glad to support your conversation with documentation, learning objectives, or faculty letters as needed.

A valid U.S. passport is required for international programs. Your pre-departure program manual and orientation (conducted ~2 weeks before departure) will provide comprehensive guidance on required and recommended vaccinations, visa requirements, health preparations, packing lists, and all logistics specific to your destination.
