What is new is that faculty are now equally supported — with pathways to engage at the level that best fits your goals, your students, and your year, from a brief referral to a fully customized academic experience.
For years, faculty who wanted to lead these experiences carried much of the burden themselves. We designed this model so that the people who make the experience possible are supported, not stretched.
