HELP2SERVE.CARE publishes anticipated immersion dates typically one (1) year in advance — and no fewer than nine (9) months prior to departure. Early Planning Applications allow you to secure priority consideration before official dates are published.

Upon acceptance, you may request your future cohort placement even before official dates are published. Any required deposit remains fully refundable up to 45 days prior to the confirmed departure date.

Specific cohort dates are published approximately one year in advance of departure. Limited to ~25 participants per cohort. Final immersion dates and track assignment confirmed in your acceptance package.
