The Costa Rica Immersion is a 14-day integrated service-learning experience that weaves community development, wildlife conservation, and global health into a single unified cohort — followed by an optional 7-day cultural exploration phase. Cohorts are intentionally small. Apply under your area of emphasis and we'll work with you to confirm dates, refine your service goals, and clarify your career or academic pathway.
Costa Rica Immersions are open for applications across three confirmed cohort windows: Winter 2026/27, Summer 2027, and Winter 2027/28. Each track within a window has its own specific start and end dates — see the cohort dates panel below for exact dates by track. Cohorts are intentionally small — early applications receive priority placement.
Your $500 deposit is applied toward your program cost and remains fully refundable up to 45 days before your confirmed departure date.
